JUL-SEP SOLO THEATER COHORT
Join a small group of actors, clowns, and comedians to create your own 10-15 minute solo theater piece. Make them raw and vulnerable, unhinged comedy, transcendent drama, performance art with poetic text and physicality, interdisciplinary with media and music, or sacred ritual acts.
We’ll use Chris Bayes clown and The Marsh solo theater pedagogies along with physical theater devising methods.
We’ll structure that material with established narrative forms or discover your own. Mash or blow them up.
We’ll embody the work using physical acting methods.
